This role will be within the Advisory Team of InMorphis, which provides IT Service Management (ITSM) consulting services to clients globally, from strategy/assessments to full implementation and migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all techno-functional advisory aspects of ITSM solution: Bid Management, Consulting and Delivery.
  • Interface with clients and coordinate project execution with onsite and offshore teams: Govern the project from various prospects – Stakeholder management, Timeline governance, Cost management, Value and road map creation.
  • Mentor team in implementation methodology and best practices.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops to identify use cases and value based acceptance criteria with client and other stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement methodology and service offerings based on client experience.
  • Grow account from P&L basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Regular or executive MBA from one of the top institute globally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, diversification thinking, customer centric attitude, and ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Quick learning ability.
  • 4-8 years of experience in IT field: Hands-on design, development and deployment experience.
  • ITIL certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge Service Management methodologies and processes preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including technical and business concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.
