2. India’s one of the Earliest RPA Hub Rollouts Resulted in Saving of 1800+ hours annually
The Second transformation journey is for one of India’s largest domestic carriers, which intends to automate its manual process using ServiceNow RPA hub. inMorphis scaled up to challenge and deliver Aviation business process automation use cases such as creating flight routes, deleting flight routes, etc. This resulted in the business outcome of saving 1800+ hours annually for the carrier. This proves inMorphis’s domain-oriented delivery model and technical scalability in new areas like ServiceNow RPA Hub.
